Rare Supplies dissappearing
In my current game I had around 4 to 5 thousand rare supplies and then the start of the next day they just dissapeared. I'm relatively new to the game, was that supposed to happen? If it was espionage would I know?

I would suggest checking news for any sabotage information, since that's the most likely event to happen. Or you had a trade with an ally and only by the next day did he accept.

Is it guaranteed to be in the newspaper if it is spy work ? Or can the spies steal / destroy stuff without it being noticed by the reporters ?Little Racoon wrote:

Also: To prevent this from happening, is 1 counter spy in a province enough ? Or is prevention chance based, and if so, how do multiple spies affect those chances ?
A first level industrial complex costs 5,000 rare materials. If that's the amount that "disappeared" in a day, I'd make sure you didn't start construction of one (or had one in the construction queue that triggered).
I doubt a spy could steal that much. My money is on you building an industrial complex in a non city province. Check your build list.
