in the beggining of Call of War, the mechanic with rebellions was just as you mention, a province could choose to go to any other country on the map, they changed that for the rest of the maps back in early 2016, i guess they didnt change it for the historical one
rebellious provinces gone to far away players
actually i don't know if it is a bug or not, but, while playing an historical 39-45 scenario, some australian provinces went to Germany !! absolutely random and so annoying in an unbalanced scenario like this. New Zealand would have been the obvious choice. Why's that ?
great game , anyway

same as the 50 pacific. at times the region in asia rebel to america and viceversa
Rebellious Provinces also look for a strong and happy country to join. They are seeking a country that will provide for their needs and defend them in case of war.

actually it would make more sense if they created a new, independent state, as often happened in history or, as pc games go, Europa Universalis if i remember correctly. but Australia to Germany ? Only if they promised free beer for everybody
Offering free beer is likely EXACTLY what your spies are doing when you have them run a propaganda campaign in an enemy province to lower their morale.vekkiller64 wrote:
