For sure it is possible, but you need a tough Support to do.

I recovered my account over CoN.

CoW support (on freelanced moderator stage) is less competent, but they could help recovering access dates for already revived by CoN support Account.

Because it has two different systems, but old time ago you could have same account in all their systems.

If you never registrated by CoN you cant do anything now.

You should now have your account recovered in all instances of this a support ticket must be submitted so a Game Operator can get it to the correct person to reinstate the account.
