Refuel times different?

An emery is using a tac stack to attack my inf. When it attacked, it headed back to its airbase. I was able to see the stack at the airbase, but not close enough to reveal its composition. However, about 10 minutes later, that stack is back in the sky again! I thought refueling takes 30 minutes! And i am sure that it was the same stack, because the number of the army was the same.

Look, you’re possibly a very new player. But… like… Come on now, even my dumbass when new was smart enough to see that it LITERALLY SAYS that UPGRADED airfields have less time! Why not look though the building stats before writing on the forums? It’s sooooo much easier. I don’t even want to be an asshole, it’s just confusing what could have went through your head to make you decide to take this action.
