To be offered frontline pioneer status again, you need to be active and above level 40. If you fulfill these requirements, all you need to do is wait, as the invitations are system generated and are random.

Rejoining Frontline pioneering
I was a frontline pioneer and I wanted to rejoin so I played until I got the popup. I did not agree or disagree, I closed it hoping it would come back the next time I opened CoW as at the time I still was not sure I want to be a FP. I did not get another popup and I am wandering, is there a way I can apply on the forum to become a frontline pioneer or would I have to go inactive and then come back again to get the popup?

Yes, it is. If you go inactive in the FP system, you may be reinvited.

What's important to remember is that there is only a limited amount of frontline pioneers. When you closed the popup the first time someone else probably accepted theirs in the meantime so now it may not be offered to you anymore.

I understand that, was just wandering whether I would ever get it again as I thought it was a one time thing
