Release notes from the future?

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this, so please let me know if it isn't. I logged in for the first time in several months and I was greeted by a rather peculiar sight.

As you can see, these are the release notes for November 3. At the time I noticed this it was still Nov 1 in my time zone (Nov 2 in the server's time zone). At first, I thought someone at Bytro messed up and posted the release notes too early or that it's simply a preview of upcoming changes, but I took a closer look and now neither make sense. As you can see, the time stamp clearly says "November 03, 2020", which is extremely bizarre as time stamps are usually put there by the server's clock, which in most cases is synchronized with the great clock of the internet. Can anyone explain why the time stamp says it was posted at least a day in the future?
