Repairing damaged reactors

Hi all, new to the game so bare with me.

I just captured a city with a damaged lvl 1 Reactor that is showing 30 of 50 hit pts

(I suppose that's the amount of damage)

I assume the only way to repair is to do it in research since there is nothing in the cue?

But if its showing only 50% damaged should the time/cost to repair be half like the other buildings or can I not repair until I have researched the reactor?

You won't be able to do anything with a level 1 reactor anyways. You must need second level reactor research to build something so a level 1 reactor that has been damaged will not help unless you have a level 2 reactor damaged

exactly correct mate, for nuclear reactors until you have the tech for them you cannot build or repair them.
