Once someone goes inactive we can't do anything as the AI takes over, so making a report isn't going to help.

We do know that players that go inactive especially in team matches causes problems this is why we have been trying our best to make each map that is currently out there as active as possible.

With that stated you are going to find that sometimes real life issues arise that need attention to and some might go inactive for a few days and then return later.

Still we can't do anything as an AI player takes care of that country when someone goes inactive.

If you report it we will be giving you this same answer.

If someone is doing something wrong or is breaking the rules then we can come in and deal with them, but in the event of someone going inactive it is taken care of by the system automatically using the AI.
