Please submit a support ticket, with the category set to player report. Include game IDs and where the offending message was sent, as well as the player who sent them.

Reporting Players
I'm currently playing with this other guy on the server and he claimed to beat us in skills and when i called him out on using gold and not skills he threw insults. I could care him throwing insults but now he's saying he's going to r*p* my navy? I don't condone this kind of behavior and I'd like to report him for unnecessary comments, but I can't find where to report him.

I sent an email to support@bytro.com regarding a banned account. Is that the right place? I have waited over a week and I am assuming that it won't be answered anytime soon.

This should be fine, Fredrick. They will review it. Just know that they deal with thousands of tickets and your appeal of a banned account will likely require a supervisory position on top of that.
You should expect this to take some time.
