You can write a support card from the option menu in the bottom right corner in the map, but I'm not sure what do you mean by "reset of resources" or whether a refund is possible.

Research dropped
How i can write a support ticket to have compensation for the gold i spent in researches since the game had a reset of resource?

according to freezy, the dropped research is a known bug, and it CANNOT be fixed in ongoing games.
compensation for any gold spend is available, post an in-game bug report.

We released a script yesterday that checks which units a player has on the map. It then enables all researches of these units up to that level again. This should solve most cases. If there is still any issue left after that update, please write a support ticket (bottom right menu ingame).
