you tried to share them and you pushed accept, that was not accept, that was cancel, if you push cancel it says refused, you send it and the other guy has to accept

No, I'll reword it, I'm not that stupid ;p

I asked someone to share, he sent me the offer, I accepted it and it said Refused. We tryed the other way around and he told me he saw "Refused" as well.

It's most likely that someone doesn't have the resources needed for the trade.

The offeror (i.e. the person making the offer of a trade or transfer) must have the resources he proposes to give to the offeree (i.e. the person receiving the offer) at the time the offer is sent. The usual mistake is that you try to trade in the wrong direction. Pay attention to how the trade is worded. If you have say zero oil and you want to give goods and get oil in return it is very easy to switch that and say you will give oil for goods. You have no oil, so it is refused. That is the most common cause of "refused" trades for me, aside from said items being used before the trade is accepted.
