I thought that according to the new winter rule update for COW, our allies automatically get back their core provinces when we retake them. But this didn't happen in our current Dirty Dozen round.
Where they in your coalition when you took over the core? Don't confuse coalition with shared map, as it has to be a formal coalition to work.
If the above are meet or you believe it should have worked fillout a support ticket ingame and a Game Operator will take a look.
Dirty dozen is a team 100 I believe.
If I understand it correctly, core provinces will return on maps that are set up as team games such as the Tournament Island map, but with other games set up as teams instead of coalitions that feature is not yet implemented.
