Retirement to Coalition win?

So, I don't see any threads about this. When playing a game and everyone but you and your allies in coalition are AFK. If you all three press retire. It will make it a solo win based on score and not an coalition win. Thats what happened when I played with a friend, did anyone have another experience and got a coalition win.

Same happened to me. I think the game doesn't see active coalition players, only active players so it is based on the score.

Retiring will give a solo win to the player in first place, no wins for other two players who are active

Additionally: Retirement will award the first place victory to the Country with the most victory points. This country might not be one of the active players who voted to retire.

So if you are the last active player, but there is an AI with more victory points, then retirement will get you Second place or lower.
