If you are marching through their land, yes, they will see those units just like if you were at peace and war. How ever they won’t see anything outside of their (or their share map alilie’s) territory.

Right of way
When of using a right of way of someone else does the owner of the right of way see your movements as in reveal armies?

Important to note that they will not see your stealth units moving through their territory unless they have a scout unit of equal or higher level. If they have share map with an enemy of yours the stealth unit positioning can come in very handy.
