Rize (Turkey) starting resources

Could someone tell me the exact resources production - and morale - of the province of Rize (Turkey) at start-of-game on the Clash 22 map?

I will probably have a follow-up question(s), but I'll wait for a response(s).

Thank you.

Why? this seems very random, lol, starting morale is always 70, and it produces whatever it says it does, click on the province to see it.

I have since added Lvl 1 Local Industry, and Morale is now 100%. So I'm not sure of the starting values of its resources.

A local province on a 22 player I think has a base of 1500 (see table). At 70% morale this would give 1500 * (0.24 + 0.76 * 70/100) = 1158 starting production (see this). If for some reason the base isn't 1500 on your map you can easily calculate it since you have a level 1 local industry and 100% morale. The base would be (current value) / 1.35. If the base is 1500, your current value should be 2025.

This is what's confusing and concerning me.

The production of money is 959/959.

I don't know whether that is better than what it started with. I have Local Industry and Morale at 100%, but I can't tell the effect of having Local Industry. I don't know whether investing in Local Industry had a positive effect.

(I know, now, that Rize was not a good choice for Local Industry... There are better choices. But that is beside the point. The point is, I can't tell whether having Local Industry helps.)

Its best to keep local industries for resource provinces, as they do little to ones that only produce cash and manpower, you never specified if it was a resource province, so i am assuming it may not be.

Thanks for trying to help.

Rize doesn't have resources beside money (and men). But the Local Industry icon clearly says that it increases resources and money.

So, in theory, my current income of 959/959 should be higher than what I started with. But since I don't have a baseline, or a good understanding, of the criteria and process, I'm not sure whether investing in Local Industry really helped.

Local Industry greatly increases resource production, but doesn't really have a big impact on money, but having excess resources and selling them is more profitable either way.

Thank you.
