Rocket casualties for K/D ratio

Hello,

I am new to the game and trying to learn all I can. For K/D purposes on the profile, is a rocket counted as a casualty if it is used against an enemy, or only if the enemy destroys it before it is launched? Same question for nuclear bombers and nuclear rockets.

It's not accounted as a casualty if used on an enemy, only if it get's destroyed on the ground.
