I´m wondering if anti air units can handle with rockets, can someone help me?
Thanks!

lvl 1 rockets can be handled with anti air, they will most likely damage what they are attacking regardless, but anti air helps. Lvl 2 rockets can't be shot down.
Best you can do is keep your units moving and I think Forced march in the minutes before/after the rocket hits seem to decrease damage taken.
Even if i upgrade my anti air unit, that will be useless, right?
Or even if i have airforce like interceptors in patrol mode in my cities, that can´t destroy the rocket? I´m saying that because i saw that rockets have 0 defense against air forces...

Interceptors are great against rockets. I would either send them patrolling, or attack it directly.

Correct.

But it's stupid that rocket fighters don't work. I think it is poorly worded, it makes it seem like the rocket fighter actually fights rockets. If I am to put my research into something that is fast, and very powerful, but not upgradable at all and has awful range, I want it to fight rockets that pass over the province that the rocket interceptor is patrolling.
If that made any sense.

It's a rocket fighter because it is powered by a rocket engine versus propelled fighters (interceptors) that are usually powered by a piston engine.

Yeah, but the point is it makes it look like it shoots down rockets, which is wrong. I'm un-sure if anti-rocket systems existed in WW2, infact I don't think they did. But I suppose it'd be fair to be able to counter a rocket with a rocket, but it's not like rockets do much damage to units overall.

No, it doesn't make it seem like that.
It is a rocket fighter, as in rocket powered. Not a fighter that fights rockets. I understand it can be misinterpreted.
But when you know that rockets at lvl 2 or above can't be shot down it would make very, very little sense if you were able to make a fighter that could only attack lvl 1 rockets. That unit would be obsolete before it got out of the hangar.

First off, it's obsolete anyway... XD Second off, yes, I know it is rocket propelled instead of rocket fighting, but I think the name should be a little clearer- again.
