Rockets and aircraft carriers

Can Rockets be fired off of aircraft carriers? I have a whole bunch built up and I want to blow up my friend capital with them the only problem is that he plays a country across the ocean. Does any one know if I can move those rockets to his shore and fire them off an aircraft carrier? Thanks

No, in-game rockets cannot be launched from aircraft carriers. Rockets require a friendly air base to be launched, either yours, an ally's base, or a base of another country with whom you have a right of way.

Moreover, your aircraft units cannot land on, nor take off from an ally's aircraft carrier. Your aircraft may only be used on your aircraft carrier.

Ok, thanks
