Can rockets be transported by, and fire from, aircraft carriers?

Thanks. I knew they launched from air bases so I had hoped that carriers could be turned into mobile missile batteries. Oh well, I will just have to launch them the old fashioned way.

Be cool to have them on some other naval unit, not carriers do..
