for example I saw in some topics we can say certain thing about some situations to kill a nuke bomber need +30 air defence points etc.

Just send as many rockets and bombers as you have lol. Just kill everything with High Explosive bombs. That's the best way to win a war! Civilian Causalities? Collateral Damage? What are those!? We have high explosive!! >: )
