Running out of Resources?
So, what happens if my enemy runs out of resources? He withdrew all his troops to a province that has heaps of fortifications, all his troops in there, but no resources such as food. On your estimation, how long will it take for his troops to whittle out if that will happen after running out of resources? it's day 7 and he's got 5x fortifications.

Yeah. If he has fortifications and his entire army there, it's not gonna revolt. So bomb it to smithereens!
