I noticed that rural industry costs a larger amount of res than city industry, and food instead of oil.
That makes rural industry a lot more expensive.
Also, rurals generate less res.
In general, do you guys consider rural industry worth it?

It it, when you have maxed out your cities, or when you want to extra boost the resource you're missing in your cities (they're 2-2-1 on most maps)

I agree, rural industry is too overpriced relative to the production increase you get. I might build 1 or 2 to help with the one resource I'm short on, but other than that, I won't build them in other provinces until the late game, if at all.

Itβs simply math, calculate the ROI and you get the answer! Anyway it depends how fast do you plan to die
