A lot less Russian players means a lot less stuff will move forward.

Russia (Россия) Games Not Appearing
There have been no new HWW games in the Russia server for over an hour, except for the custom ones you have to pay gold to enter. I really was planning to join a HWW as Australia today. Guess I’ll have to use the English server.
