Saint Helena - World at War Mode

Hey guys, just a quick question here.

On the game mode "World at War", we are all familiar with the ability to select your starting country. However, I have found that there is a country by the name of 'Saint Helena' which is in between South America and Southern Africa.

So, is there any way to have 'Saint Helena' as a starting country?
