Are they in different terrain? Armor is stronger in plains, and weaker in urban provinces.

Free Time looks good on me
Same Units, different strength?
I have built several Light tanks Level 4 from multiple different provinces. I get strengths from 3.8 - 7.5. Can anyone explain why this is? All provinces have Industrial Complexes and Infrastructures maxed out to Level 5 and 3.

Not sure what terrain they were on. I had just built them so there was no damage to any of them. They were all located in whichever province I built them in. They weren't in action, just sitting in each province. Thx 4 the help

Please refer to the strength charts at the bottom of the unit spec sheets. Most units vary in strength (and some vary in hit points) based on the terrain/environment in which they are fighting.
