Scoring a game

That makes some sense. On the other hand, the remaining player(s) are penalized if they were on a path to victory, even if they weren't leading at the time. For example, I like to build up beofre I advance. If I'm about ready to take aon a whole bunch of Victory points and my opponents just quit.... Quitters are the bane of this great game.
