Security of alliance chat

Greetings!

Don't want to step on any toes, but I've heard so much conspiracy-thinking lately that I figured I would just get some straight answers instead to make ppl shut up

So, easy question: Who is able to read what's beeing said in alliance chat? If the GO, MOD or similar is able, what's the procedure to do so?

Only the Alliance members can read the messages of Alliance.

Maxi is correct, only alliance members are able to see messages sent in alliance chat.
