Shoot and Scoot you mean? SMH.

It’s when you have a stack of artillery and are being attacked. You use the arty to shoot at the enemy stack and when they try to reach you, you pull back and shoot again. You repeat over and over again until the stack is weak and killed my melee or dead.

"Shoot and scoot" is a military tactic commonly employed by artillery units. It involves quickly firing artillery rounds at a target and rapidly relocating to a new position to avoid counterfire from the enemy. The goal is to maximize the element of surprise, minimize the risk of being targeted, and maintain operational effectiveness.

The shoot and scoot tactic allows artillery units to disrupt enemy operations, provide suppressive fire, and maintain a high level of mobility and survivability. By quickly changing positions, the unit can avoid being targeted by enemy artillery or airstrikes, making it harder for the enemy to locate and neutralize them.
