Should I disperse my industry or centralize it?

I usually prefer to have one city producing one thing, that way you don’t need as many buildings in a single city, however, I have seen good players who just produce whatever they want, but I still prefer my wya.

Yeah that's what im doing too. I am listing whatever im going to build on notepad on day 3. Day 1 I produce light tanks and a bit of artillery. Then i go ahead and on day 4+ I produce better things
