Some Questions on the Five Year Anniversary Lottery

1. How many winners will be randomly picked?

2. Is the 5 year HC + 500K Gold the total of everything distributed? Or is it the biggest prize?

3. If it IS the biggest prize, then what do other winners get?

4. Will the number of 5 Year games I attend affect the likelihood of me winning? (Considering I am active in all, of course.)

5. Does winning the games affect the likelihood of me winning the lottery?

6. Does activeness in normal games (not the events specific to the anniversary) affect the likelihood of me winning?

Thanks.

  1. I guess its one per day or one for 5 year HC and one for 500 K
  2. Only one/2 winner I guess.
  3. N/A
  4. Nope, its chosen randomly
  5. Nope, its random
  6. No affection of likelihood

Thanks for all the answers but I didn't understand #1. Do you mean that it is either a one-time selection that gets that reward or one person every day gets the same reward?

Every day, 1 person gets a reward. For example, today the winner received 75,000 gold and 30 days of high command. I think the prizes differ from day to day.

Oh no. Then why does it say 5 years + 500K. Is that simply the total that is distributed between random people?

I think that is going to be a prize one of the days.

One winner every day for both 500k and 5 year HC or one for 500k and one for 5 year HC

Not every is 500k and/or 5 year. Each day it is one winner who receives gold and HC, and 500k and 5 year is the highest amount they are giving.

? So everyday's amount is different?

Just want to know. How many CoW players are there?

so... not much chance.

I bet like 90% of those players won’t even use the prize and like 50% don’t play anymore and won’t even realize they got the prize :(

If you read that message again is that you have to play this week to have the chance to be chosen.

Oh, and how many players played this week?

Not a chance. I am guessing there to be less than 200-100K. Maybe even less than 75K, although kind of unlikely.

I still have hope then of getting the prize!

well, even if you chose a higher number, I still played this week. So even if I quit I might still get the prize :) ^^
