Someone said mean things to me on the forum

I made a comment saying I like war bonds and then someone else comes and says they make gold use more often. Then they called my country, Jordan, a shithole and accused me of supporting hamas.

My father once said this: “If you don’t know anything, don’t assume you know and don’t say anything you don’t know is true”
I always got annoyed when he said that, but to be honest he’s kinda right if you think about it
Have a good day!

I am sorry for the OP that someone has insulted his/her country. Taking a wider view every country no doubt does have its 'shitholes' sadly the world is not perfect.

As for the accusation of supporting Hamas whilst that does not really have a place on this forum, from someone old enough to remember the 1967 war, given the consistent attitudes of successive Israeli governments to Palestinians, I am not sure there is any need to excuse anybody from supporting who they want. Human beings can only take oppression for so long. The current residents of Gaza have shown immense fortitude under the most terrible of suffering.

I agree with this

I support naming and shaming is some instances.

Victim cards everywhere... Cant even play a war game without some muslim crying about something retarded.

So you think it is ok to slag someone's country off or accuse them of belonging to a terrorist organisation (freedom fighter organisation). Well I dont. Perhaps you'd like to live in Gaza for a month then come back and tell us all about it eh?

I dont know the OP from Adam but I suspect there are more arsehole Yanks on here than Jordanians. Give the guy some respect.

So supporting terrorist groups is okay as long as they’re fighting against “oppression”. Okay.

Lets not get political. This thread (Better say the entire site) isn't meant for hamas-israel debate. The behavior which the OP faced isn't appropriate.

Cry me a river. Maybe you can flood out the Hamas tunnel under your shanty house while you’re at it.

Since when did the forums have two racist assholes who decide to crawl out of the woodworks like roaches to insult people???

This is him

FAO Mr Bosley. Not sure how good you are at history but just about everyone 'representing' so called oppressed people who take up arms is either a terrorist or freedom fighter.

Menachim Begin was part of a terrorist group in Israel that killed British servicemen, went on to be an Israeli PM

Nelson Mandela was leader of a terrorist group that murdered civilians in South Africa, went on to be President

Martin McGuinness was an IRA terrorist that killed civilians in Northern Ireland, went on to be Deputy First Minister.

Yet history might/did see these people as 'freedom fighters'.

Perhaps we could include Mr Sanwar of Hamas. Who knows.

Just depends upon whose glasses you are seeing through, not really an Israel-Hamas thing just facts.

At the moment in Gaza the kill rate is about 40:1 Exceeding Waffen SS proportions who usually left it at 10:1 Oh the irony.

This is a place to come, have fun and forget about life for a while.

If you want to hate, be hateful or fight war for real...there are a number of places in the world where you can go do that. Please, pack a bag and be on your way to the one of your choosing.

Have a nice day.

A firearm sitting on a table is not a problem.
A firearm sitting on a table in a room full of people is a potential problem.
A person who picks up the firearm from the table is the problem.
People are always the problem, not the things we make.

Why is it that it is generally germans (or related people) who turn out to be xenophobic? First TMC and now Eich Pfennig..... "Once a Nazi always a Nazi", is that actually true??

Freedom fighters are groups that use ethical means (ex. peaceful protest, civil disobedience, non-aggressive conflict) to achieve their goals. I highly doubt that Hamas and its affiliates fall into that category.

About that causality ratio you posted... I wonder how many of those Palestinians died because of Hamas-initiated policy?

That is wrong, partisans in WW2 who shot Nazis dead were just as much freedom fighters. This whole Hamas thing is a joke. More Palestinian children have died so far in this war than Israeli casualties in this war, both sides in all Arab Israeli wars, and the two Intifadas. Combined. If you don’t consider that enough to condemn Israel then you admit that you consider one life from one place worth 40 times more than another..,

CarKing I assume you are in the US? How is it over there with the latest Middle East issues? What I dont get is your own country was born out of resistance and what the settlers thought were taxation injustices. Yet Israel has abused its 1967 war winning position to oppress the Palestinians ever since.

I dont get it. I have no problem with Israel's right to exist and therefore its integrity and security but its oppression of the Palestinians is on a par with the Nazis and the European Jews. The only thing Israel isnt doing is gassing them.

OK the Arabs vetoed the 1947/8 division of Palestine and that turned out to be a mistake, but what is happening now is totally unacceptable. Putin therefore has a role model - Israel.

Hamas shouldn't have attacked Israel last year. The region was at relative peace till before 7th October, it was Hamas who destroyed that relative peace. But yes, what Israel is doing in Gaza right now is wrong and should be stopped (But they won't be stopped, Thank you America!)
