SP AA should be available day 6, with no pre-requisite in either version of CoW.
PC version, anyway.
Are you trying to use a cell phone?

SP AA research
I am new, so I am asking if this is a bug or not before posting as a bug that is really my ignorance. I have the tutorial and 2 other games going, and there is no research path shown for SP Anti-Air. It does not seem possible to conduct research for this tech in the version of the game I have started in. I saw no references to this in the bug forum, but I may have missed something.

using a PC browser, switched over from the mobile version on my tablet - did not like it.
The entire category of SP AA is missing. I just went to get a gyazo SS of the research window and figured out the problem. The scrolling mechanism is really low-key and the graphic design of the window made me think there is nothing to scroll to under SP Arty; since the scroll wheel and scroll arrows doesnt work for the UI. Thanks for replying and getting me to investigate further.

It is not easy to switch from PC to mobile. It has a COMPLETE change in layout and organization which is confusing to us.
