Speed Royale

The announcement said we have to sign up for this speed royale tourney, where do i do that? i dont see any thread about this. Also wouldnt the 144x game lag or crash computers? I remember back in 2019 they were trying to do some weird 250 speed event but everyones system crashed, i assue theyve fixed this issue?
