Speed Server Patrolling Protection

If you send your planes as patrol to protect your ground units and enemy planes attack your ground units

what is the chance of your planes will give damage ? or they will keep to turn around without giving damage

Unless they have changed something, patrolling over own ground troops ( remmember to have the template over the red dot of the unit you want to protect ) it should give ½ attack power dmg of the patrolling aircraft, if the enemy attacks the ground unit directly ( used to be full dmg, but it changed couple of years ago ) if both just patroll, they will just give each other ½ dmg. ( both attack and defence ) and there is a few instances of arial splash dmg, but you have to learn yourself how that works.

probably when they came to direct attack they will give damage and go back without take damage and my planes will keep to turn around , patrolling with interceptors useless

You aren't aware of patrolling mechanics?

The patrolling planes do damage 100% of the time if the ground units are within their patrol circle at the moment of attack

you have battleships and trying to protect with patrolling interceptors so you say with %100 chance your interceptors will give damage to naval bombers when they direct attacked

BBs aren't ground units. But yes, in that circumstance the patrolling planes should do damage to the attacking naval bombers, unless there's some weird glitch with naval units that I'm not aware of. I don't normally make a navy so haven't tested that mechanic lately.
