1) In most cases both players had share/ROW at one time. It is possible that one of the players could change to a different status.
2) it is possible for one player to change to share/ROW by oneself. It is not recommended.

When a report shows that a player has share map or row with another player, does that mean that share/row has been agreed upon by both parties or could it also mean that the player has changed his status in attempt to gain share/row with the other and does not necessarily have share map or row?
