My abilities to post on the in-game help chat has been blocked because I accidentally pressed paste on a message that was previously on my computer from work. i hope this doesn't result in a ban of any sort. Please contact me directly if you need to discuss this further.
1) clear the browser cash
2) use an other browser
3) try to check you account on a other computer
4) sometimes it take a long time that a client connect to the chat-server
5) maybe your company block the ports in the intranet that the chat-server needs to work.
It's unlikely you'd be banned from chat without knowing you were banned. A work-related msg. isn't likely to be so offensive that an immediate ban would be the result (depending, of course, on the nature of your "work", lol).
