In reference to version 1.5:
Will Commandos be seen when they are a convoy on the water, if they are not stacked with any other units?

When a unit loads onto a transports , they are a unit in a transport.
So no ,commandos won't have stealth,
You can't fire your arty,
and naval bombers won't detect subs.

That is not what the "i" says on Naval bomber.

Armored cars and interceptors or naval bombers on patrol will reveal stealth. Planes that are Parked, refueling, in convoy, or in direct flight are not on patrol and therefore do not reveal stealth units.
