If a member of staff is asked to sticky a thread for, say, better unit images in the Suggestions and Criticism section, will they do it or do they just do it willy-nilly?

maybe we just dont want to do it.
maybe we dont like the ideas in some of them and we dont think they are worth it to be stuck at the topic a bit like this posting was it really needed? or could it have just been asked to a moderator in a PM or chat?
