Stockpiling Troops
In-game, I've seen my allies having 20 fighter planes and 16 tanks in a single division. Meanwhile, the most infantry I have in a unit is 6. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong to unable to mass produce units?

If you do have enough resource, you can put some barracks and INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX. This is the key, you almost cannot produce anything without it. Infrastructure would also be useful. If you need help with resource check this out.
