So if someone has - say -20 games on his record, but a k/D of 15 to zero, what are the possible explanations for that?
Staying out of war in most games and never taking any casualties seems rather unlikely.
joining the games but never playing on them would result in him becoming a bot. with enough luck noone attacked him in first 2 days, so his stats are untouched. He also might have joined 20 games at once and he is still fighting in them, so his KD is not impacted YET. Another possibility is that you are playing on new client and he changed his nickname on this map, so his KD displays only the current map stats.
I agree with @'laaaaaaaaga on this one. I think that the most probable answer to this though is that they joined 20 games and the stats just haven't been affected yet. I don't think it's possible to achieve that easily otherwise.

Thinking about it, it may perhaps be like this: Join 10, 20, 30 games on a map with random country selection, play the one you like best and F the rest...?
