I feel very stupid that I don't know this already, but are Submarines immune to ranged attacks?

Ok thanks, so if a battleship is in range but you can only see them due to mil sabs, they would be immune?
From past experience, if you get a reveal and the sub hasn't moved, you can attack it. As soon as it moves, you can't. Kinda risky to attack it when you won't see if it's moved or not.Talvisota wrote:
