Subs had AA weapons on deck, you also have to take into account the slim profile of the sub, it would be a difficult hit for any pilot.

while dive bombing ? i dubt

Surprisingly, planes had a difficult enough time hitting Aircraft Carriers and doing significant damage.

Just look at when British convoys went through the Channel or DD were evacuating men Dunkirk. German pilots, who had no problem hitting moving tanks, were barely able to hit ships, even wide, relatively slow barges. Naval dive-bombing is more advanced than one would think.

by the same logic, subs are far too strong vs aircraft.

.

so if this is not about realism , nerf subs lol . cuz im annoyed to see everyone just subs

its not all about realism but there has to be some logic and of course unit balance, the sub is an over powered unit hence everyone just spams them.

I mean a sub fought off two naval bombers once in the game. In real life the sub would have dived at the sight of a depth charged or bomb equipped aircraft.

Subs only seem overpowered because they are a stealth unit. Subs can't attack units on the beach anymore, a pretty frustrating nerf

its frustrating to see subs everywhere , i want some naval diversity

tbh, if subs are the only unit a player is using, he's not a very good player.

Dono , 89 % of troops i see on water are subs 10 % dds and 1 % others . Usualy any average and above player will go for a sub spam with a few dds easier to produce , and mentain .

I think we need a unit to kill them faster , and get rid of that sub spam

Destroyers.
