If you are playing on mobile and you secure a supply drop, it will show an empty crate. But in reality you would have surely got some resources or blueprint.
Everything is fine. Just go and check your Blueprints in the stats section. You'll find an additional blueprint.
It's a small bug/glitch only. Hope that helps
