what happens if the answer you wanted to give to a question in the survey doesn't exist, you can't finish the survey?

There was a nagger icon on the lower right hand corner of the map. Clicking on it got you a survey.
Don't worry. I filled out yours (and a few others). Stupid thing took 4 survey completions before it would go away. Plain annoying.
