Yes they can be on carriers at either level 3 or 4.

Tactical Bombers
Ok, how can tactical bombers come out of an area with there is no land. They can't be on Carriers. so what gives?

I have level 4 carriers and level 3 tac bombers and tells me I can't put them on.

Level 4 tactical bombers can land on carriers. Earlier tactical bombers lacked the upgrades to properly land and take off from carriers.

Ok why is this so far future? It is a great idea, I think paratroopers would be awesome. I also think the game needs marines. Units that take say 2 hours to disembark rather than 4. When island hopping this would be huge. Has anyone played the PBM game Victory!? It has a lot of similarity to COW and I would love to see some of the features incorporated here.

even if they add paratroopers, they will be probably be annoying.....

It would totally change the game. Question is if it would make the game better or give forum spammers something to bitch about.
