Tax revenue stolen

So i put a spy in a enemy country's city, and at day change i get this message:

7:27 pm Vast amounts of today's tax revenue of the fair people of Odessa were intercepted and stolen by unknown robbers.

What happens to the money? do i get it? or do the spies just keep it?

If it says ‘stolen’, you get the money. If it says ‘destroyed’, you don’t get money, it’s just taken away from the person you placed spies in.
