Team Game

Hello,

When a team is completely destroyed, do we still need to get the 75% to win the game?

Thanks.

I would go with what Roko says. I think if other side are all inactive you still have to capture their provs, but maybe if you capture all their provs you win regardless of percent? Is that what you mean Roko?

I think you have to conquer every last province they have, and you win. But I'm really not sure.

Thank you guys, I'll let you know once the day ends. If it's not over and we have to attack all AI country, you'll see a nice little post in the suggestion/critizism very soon!

Unfortunately we couldn't test it. Because it was just too long, we asked for a partner to join the game and we gained 50 points in 1 shot. That helped us reach the 75% so we don't know if we won because of it or because all human ennemy nations were down...

Last year I've played a map "Mediterranean Theater - 4 player team game" with Elite-AI.

My only team game so far.

Already after a few days I was alone active on the map and my allied country and the two countries of the opponents were managed by the AI, and of course the map didn't end automatically, but I recieved the option to quit in the newspaper.

However I rather liberated all AI countries and collected ranking points and the necessary victory points. ;)

So I assume that it's the same also on larger maps and with more team members, even if one team has become completely inactive, and even if all countries of one team were completely conquered and this not bring in sufficient victory points.

Because Victory Conditions on all maps = collect the necessary Victory Points.

And therefore I think the only option for a premature ending / victory will be as on other maps too, to quit the map with 3 or less active ones.

Interesting... so for a 5 vs 5, I guess it wouldn't work because you need to be 3 or less to end a game right?

It's been awhile but I don't think you can end team game like that.

Hmm - now, when I once again think over it and dig in my spongy memory, I must say I'm not really necessarily sure, whether on that map indeed has been the option in the news, to quit the game 8| - so I've deleted the relevant places of my last post.
