Tech support
I am having a problem getting any help from tech support. In one of my games I reported a player who said he was running another country over a week ago. I have tried to 3 times to report this player by the report player button, once by using tech support and once by emailing a member of tech support who helped me with an earlier problem. So far I have received no answer to any of the reports. Is there some other way of contacting support?

Yes, make ONE report, and it will be processed in the order it was received.
Every new report you make clogs the ticket system, and ultimately moves your issue to the end of the line.
Once an operator has looked into the accusation, you will be notified.

It has been way past the 72 hours that is the supposed time limit for a response from my last post. In fact it has been about 5 days. I did send a message to Dr. Leipreachan on Saturday, which was last report on this subject, but like all of the others I have not received any response not even a received your report and we will look into it.

Lets be clear we get reports. We inestgate I am not magic (I know my name gives the illusion) but eveything is been investgated we can't work faster then what we are I may be mytical but i am humble

Thank you. I did not expect a magical fix but I was hoping for some kind of response to my report.
