In your terms of use [I actually read them!] you state that you should not insult other players in game, as it violates said terms. If someone does it anonymously in the newspaper, will reporting it do any good? I assume you can easily find out the name of said offender. Are there any consequences if they do it just before the game ends? Thanks. 
People insult other people in almost everyone game I play so... yeah. I only report very serious insults.
Yes, the support team knows who wrote the article. The GOs can remove the article, or change its content.

Any reports on anonymous messages/articles will be handled like it isn't sent anonymously, If there is insulting or another form of rule breaks please report them and it will be dealt with.
