I believe it is the percentage of troops in the World. Let's make a simple example so I don't have to do the math.
Say there are 10 troops in the whole map, and I have 3 troops. I have 30%

I've a query with regards to The World's Mightiest Army entries/listings in the Newspaper/Daily Herald - how does the game work out that % please?
Is it based on total units or the strength value or....?
